2-Day, 1-Night Retreat - Legacy Resort, Yen Tu
KAS, the German political foundation with a presence across more than 100 countries, brought their Vietnam team to Yên Tử for a two-day retreat designed to deepen connection, restore energy, and create space for honest team reflection.
Set against the ancient landscape of Yên Tử — one of Vietnam's most significant centers of Buddhist heritage — the retreat wove together circle practice, mindfulness sessions, deep listening dialogue, and time in nature. The mountain environment was not incidental: leaving the office and entering a space of historical depth shifts something in people before the first session even begins.
Over two days, participants moved through structured circle work, somatic practices, and guided reflection — arriving as colleagues and leaving with something harder to name but easier to feel: a renewed sense of what they were doing together, and why it mattered.
