the gracespace was born from lived experience, not theory.
OUR STORY
Every woman behind this work has walked through her own season of collapse, and chosen - not always gracefully, to go inward rather than rebuild the same way. That is what we offer others: accompaniment from someone who has been there.
OUR PURPOSE
We exist for one reason.
To create spaces where women can stop performing and start being — honestly, unhurriedly, without needing to justify the pace of their own becoming.
We believe the most profound leadership begins when a woman knows herself - her patterns, her wounds, her wisdom, and the quiet intelligence of her own body. Everything else flows from that.
the gracespace is not a program or platform. It is a quality of presense - one that we carry into every coaching session, every circle, every retreat we hold.
FOUNDER
Giang (Grace) Phan
FOUNDER - HOLISTIC EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - MINDFULNESS COACH
Giang spent 14+ years building a career in PR and marketing inside large corporations including billion-dollar technology firms and diversified private conglomerates.
Everything looked good from outside, but only she knew what it truly costs a woman to lead in demanding professional environments.
She witnessed it in the women around her, and lived it herself: the invisible weight of managing upward and downward simultaneously, of returning home after a full day of professional leadership to step seamlessly into another set of roles — daughter, wife, mother, caregiver.
The quiet effort of maintaining performance while navigating a body with its own rhythms that corporate culture was never designed to accommodate. The relentless work of making everything look fine.
For years, Giang operated almost entirely from masculine energy - control, output, planning, problem-solving.
It worked, until it didn’t.
A significant personal experience brought everything to a halt - and in the stillness that followed, she made a choice: to turn inward rather than rebuild the same way.
What followed was a committed journey of inner work - through the practice of Theravana Buddhism, through healing intergenerational and relational wounds, through learning to be present rather than perpetually in control. Gradually, she found her way back to her authentic feminine nature: not as a performance of softness, but as a grounded capacity to receive, to flow, and to lead from wholeness rather than depletion.
Today, as a Holistic Experience Designer, Giang accompanies women who sense that something within them is asking for change — even if they are not yet sure where to begin.
She does not teach women how to perform better or achieve more.
Instead, she creates and holds spaces where women can slowly return to themselves — to the woman beneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the carefully maintained appearance of having everything together.
